Though we have stayed only 1 night for transit to Alishan, it was surprisingly a great hotel as i did not expect much. We arrived late at 11pm and the hotel receptionist is able to identify us quickly and give us all the details for breakfast and check in process was speedy and we are able to rest early. The breakfast comes with wide spread, lots of choices and selections. The room are large and spacious! Overall, it did exceed my expectation for the price paid for 1 night.

Service was very good. Everyone were very friendly and kind. Rooftop is amazing: very cozy pool with beach chairs 😃 nearby is bar with great bartenders their prepared terrific cocktails real artists they take care about wonderful atmosphere as well. For sure it’s a good place for chilling and grabbing a drinks with friends. I have only good memories from this place! 😊

Love the decor, bed, and the Lego themed room ws a blast for the kids. Lobby had complimentary refreshments which was amazing after a long journey to get there on train.

The swimming pool is excellent. Overall, the hotel is very nice and comfortable. Will stay again if we visit Chayi.

Excellent room and facilities. Great breakfast included and a.free holiday bbq for guests on the day we arrived. The room was comfortable and quiet with a great shower.
